As Louisville continues to attract young talent, families, and an increasing number of tourists, our team identified an opportunity to deliver an activity-based entertainment venue. After a careful vetting process, Pluris selected Competitive Social Ventures (CSV), a national firm that specializes in world-class entertainment venues, as a partner to develop Pickle & Social.

A first-of-its-kind “eatertainment” venue in the market, Pickle & Social will bring Louisville’s love for bourbon, southern hospitality, and a little healthy competition under one roof. The 35,000 square foot state-of-the-art venue will include twelve Pickleball courts, a restaurant and bourbon tasting room, outdoor green space with yard games, a multisport simulator, a rooftop bar and patio, and a live entertainment stage.

CSV's industry expertise and Pluris' development experience and local market knowledge create a one-of-a-kind partnership behind this unique concept. Slated to open in the fall of 2024, Pluris will serve as the sponsor, developer, project manager and soon-to-be property manager.
