Think of all that has changed in the world of real estate lately.
In the residential sector, there’s the National Association of Realtors lawsuit settlement which has changed the commission structure for agents in that field. Meanwhile, there are high interest rates and low housing inventory, which has changed the market and demand.
And then on the commercial real estate side of the business, there are ever shifting demands for different sectors. The need for industrial space, particularly for logistics and distribution, spiked during the pandemic, then came back down. Now it seems to be on its way back up. The commercial office sector also represents a big question mark for those in the business.
When considering all of the above, expertise is certainly appreciated — and that’s what we’ve got on offer here today.
