Our team has long focused on delivering the community new, exciting concepts that meet a growing need. When we recognized that Louisville lacked healthy, affordable, fast-casual dining options, we set our sights on bringing Tropical Smoothie Cafe to the market.

For several years, Pluris worked behind the scenes with the Tropical Smoothie Cafe (TSC) team, strategizing until the timing was right. Our team conducted a thorough market analysis to find neighborhoods with the right traffic patterns, communities that would be drawn to TSC’s offerings, and properties that fit its operational needs. Our goal: introduce the restaurant to the right people, in the right places, at the right time to make market entry seamless.

The first Tropical Smoothie Cafe brought to Louisville opened in Middletown in 2022. In less than 18 months, nearly a dozen locations were under construction or opened in the Louisville MSA, Southern Indiana, Shepherdsville, Frankfort, Shelbyville, and Elizabethtown, KY. The brand has been very well received in the marketplace and plans to continue expanding with Pluris’s guidance and local expertise.
